Youth Leader: Catherine Cartmill
Our youth meet twice a month for dinner and conversation, (sometimes games or movies) at the Lantern’s Youth Leader’s home.It’s a great group of kids, we have fun and enjoy each other’s company. We have two rules; respect each other and nobody leaves hungry!
We also meet at the church on the first Sunday of every month to have lunch, then clean up the kitchen after our Mobile Feet luncheon.
We have an ongoing fundraiser to attend YC, a Christian youth convention in Edmonton. The church sponsors part of the cost, the youth contribute a portion, then we try to save up for the rest.
