What could be a greater investment than our kids?!
In this very special ministry is split into 3 different age groups:
Little Lights Nursery (ages 0-2yrs),
Sparklers (3yrs – kindergarten)
Fireflies (Grades 1-4).
The Little Lights Nursery is a safe comfortable place for babies to be cared for by 2 loving volunteers. In a carpeted room with age appropriate toys, the little ones have the freedom to play or sit and read a book.
*note: If you have a little one and don’t wish to leave them in the nursery, we also have a “Cry Room” in the back of the sanctuary so you can still see and hear the service with the freedom to let your child crawl around or be a little louder than in the pews.
The Sparklers are doing the “My first Look ” curriculum. You can check it out at www.myfirstlook.org They cover simple Biblical truths such as “God made Everything”, “God loves Me”, and “Jesus wants to be my friend forever”.
While the Fireflies just wrapped up a term on “The Tabernacle”! In groups they built a mini Tabernacle and studied each part. Then it turned into a real education even for the parents, during a student lead review held after church one Sunday where the kids set up a life size Tabernacle and walked their parents through, explaining what they learned along the way. Next up, The Passover!
